Access to tech for everyone!
We want to give everyone the opportunity to access the ever growing tech sector, by equipping people with skills, connecting them to opportunities and by empowering them to use technology for social innovation.
Coder Dojo is a worldwide initiative that the Access Hub is part of, it provides children with the opportunity to learn how to code. It’s a programming club for children between the ages of 7-15, they learn how to code, build an app or game and learn more about technology in a social environment. (Our coder dojo club is currently available to children based in the Amsterdam South East district).
Code Heroes is a coding club that creates a space for children between the ages of 9 -15 to learn programming skills in a creative and innovative environment. They learn programming skills by working on projects with a focus on social impact. The projects range from building recycling games to chatbots that can help navigate public health questions. (Code heroes is currently available to children based in Ghana and Nigeria).
