Social innovation coding club for children between the ages of 9-15.
What is Code Heroes?
Code Heroes is a coding club that creates a space for children between the ages of 9 -15 to learn programming skills in a creative and innovative environment.
They learn programming skills by working on projects with a focus on social impact. The projects range from building recycling games to chatbots that can help navigate public health questions.
We want to empower children to use technology for social innovation in their local community, nationally and globally. It’s a space where we encourage children to look at problem solving in a creative way, and let their imagination run free! As this is where innovation occurs.
Code Heroes is currently only available to children based in Nigeria and Ghana.
Code Heroes is currently only hosted online
